Please fill out the forms under community bookings page and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that community groups also require $2 million in general liability with Westpen Properties ltd. c/o BRS Ontario ltd. listed as the additional insure.
Cart Program
Hazeldean Mall features six professional carts with cash drawers (inserts supplied by tenant) and power available for built-in lighting, all located in high traffic areas. Carts are approximately 3’ wide x 7’ long x7’ tall. There is a maximum 15A service 120V electrical provided at no extra cost. If extra power is required this will be provided at the tenants cost.
Space is determined based on availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at the landlord's discretion.
January to November 14th
Minimum of one week (7 days)
$300 + GST per week
Once your application has been approved, General Liability Insurance naming Westpen Properties Ltd. c/o BRS Ontario Ltd. as additional insured must be provided.
November 15th to December 31st
$3,400 full Christmas Period
$250 + G.S.T. Promotion Fee (paid once)

Exhibitors must operate regular mall hours*
Monday to Friday: 9:00AM to 9:00PM
Saturday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM to 5:00PM
