Hazeldean Mall Temporary Leasing
If you are a non profit group or community group with a charitable number
we welcome you into the Hazeldean Mall no charge!
Please fill out the forms under community bookings page and someone
will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that community groups also require $2 million in general
liability with Hazeldean Mall LP and Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP. listed
as the additional insures.
Cart Program
Hazeldean Mall features six professional carts with cash drawers
(inserts supplied by tenant) and power available for built-in lighting,
all located in high traffic areas. Carts are approximately 3'
wide x 7' long x 7' tall. There is a maximum 15A service 120V electrical
provided at no extra cost. If extra power is required this will be provided
at the tenant's cost.
Space is determined based on availability and will be allocated on a
first come, first served basis at the landlord's discretion.
