Hazeldean Mall Community Bookings
Hazeldean Mall takes great pride in supporting its community. If you're a
non-profit organization who wishes to use Hazeldean Mall for the purpose of
fundraising or raising awareness please submit the following:
Kindly complete this form to enable Hazeldean Mall to process your request
and confirm a date for use of our community kiosk. Once your request has
been approved a temporary occupancy agreement will be sent to the contact
person listed below. Please note that space will be granted on a first come,
first served basis.
In addition, Hazeldean Mall reserves the right to
refuse any request, which it deems in conflict with the best interests
of our merchants or shopping Centre.
